Job Role
This is a Senior Business Analyst role working for an enterprise level business, joining their IT & Change team to support with an ongoing Transformation.
You'll be working alongside the Head of Business Analysis, providing the bridge between them and the team of Business Analysts. You'll be supporting the Head of Business Analysis with some of the strategic decisions, including improving and implementing the Business Analysis framework whilst also leading the team of BA's too. In addition, you'll still need to keep 'hands on' with the day-to-day role. As a Senior, you'll be tasked with working on the larger, more complex projects for the business - understanding the high-level requirements, making sense of it all, breaking that down into smaller, manageable chunks of work and then bringing in the BA team to support you.
The portfolio is really varied and will combine both systems and applications as well as operational and more business/process change. They have a good IT & Change structure with SME's in lots of different areas and business functions so lots of exciting, transformation type work to get stuck into.
For this role we're looking for someone with strong people management skills as well as proven experience in a Senior BA role for a larger, enterprise business. Stakeholder management/engagement skills will be key.
