Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Business Administrator with Cheshire East Council.

Cheshire East Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Co-ordinating meetings, agendas, reports, and minutes for multi-agency and senior management boards.
  2. Managing administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and financial processing.
  3. Liaising with senior managers and external partners.
  4. Organising events such as conferences, development days, and multi-agency workshops.
  5. Supporting service improvements and partnership working in children’s services.
About You:
  1. Proven administration experience, including minute-taking and organising meetings.
  2. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  5. Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
  6. A team player with a proactive and professional approach.
