A fantastic Care Home Manager is required to join a care home/residential home based in a beautiful area of Colchester, beautifully decorated and equipped with amazing facilities.
Our client prefers to hire an experienced Care Home Manager. Registered Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and meeting CQC regulations.
As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager, you will develop the home. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible. In order to achieve this, you will work well as part of a team with the home's Deputy Manager and the Operations team.
- Experienced care home manager, at least 2 years of experience
- Proven track record of successful care home management
- Proven success in the care home sector
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
