Sous Chef – TP2470

A newly opening restaurant based in a market Town close to Doncaster is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team of four in the kitchen. The restaurant will offer a brunch and lunch menu with a modern yet classical brasserie restaurant, an elegant bar, an oyster and champagne room, afternoon tea lounge, and private dining rooms. In this role of Sous Chef, you will support the head chef in menu design which includes molecular gastronomy dishes with the expectation that you will be capable of running service times in their absence. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef that wants to put their mark on a property and be part of an award-winning team.

Requirements:

It is important that all Sous Chefs applying for this role have worked to a minimum of 3 AA rosette or equivalent standard. The ability to work well within a small team, be ambitious, and able to show longevity on your CV.
