About the Role:

As an IT Project Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for a varied client base, providing expert advice and strategic direction to enhance their IT systems. Your responsibilities will include driving innovation, ensuring secure and future-proof infrastructure, and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. A key part of your role will involve crafting detailed project proposals and plans to support successful IT transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted IT advisor, developing customized, long-term IT strategies for clients.
• Offer on-site technical support and manage complex escalations.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements and keep clients ahead of technological advancements.
• Lead and execute innovative IT projects from planning to delivery, including creating detailed project plans with objectives, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Write and present comprehensive client proposals, aligning business needs with actionable IT solutions, including technical assessments, budgets, and implementation timelines.
• Document solutions, processes, and client-specific technical details for ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience, meeting both client expectations and internal capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year in an IT consultancy role, with 3+ years in IT support.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365; knowledge of Azure is a plus.
• Strong expertise in server management, networking, firewalls, security, and disaster recovery.
• Proven experience in drafting project proposals, technical reports, and detailed project plans.
• Commitment to professional development, particularly in Microsoft certifications (Associate level or higher).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to challenges.
