Join Our Clients Team as a Receptionist!


Are you a cheerful, organised individual looking for your next opportunity? Our client is searching for a dynamic Receptionist to join our vibrant team!


Location: Basing view


Hours: 8.30 - 5.30 Monday - Friday - IMMEDIATE START


Hourly Rate: £12.50


Type: Temporary - Ongoing


What You'll Do:
As the backbone of our administration, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our client's site. Your responsibilities will include:


  1. General office administration: Filing, organising, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  2. Utilising our company software (training provided) to raise invoices and purchase orders.
  3. Chasing arrears from tenants and managing cheque banking.
  4. Crafting professional correspondence using Microsoft Office and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
  5. Engaging with tenants and clients face-to-face and over the phone, creating a welcoming environment.
  6. Providing support to other branches as needed, especially when colleagues are on holiday or sick.

Key Skills Required:


  1. Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  2. A friendly and professional telephone manner.
  3. A flexible approach to work.
