Career Progression:

Advancement: Ideal for those aiming to progress to Deputy Manager, with over 60% of current Deputy Managers previously working as Seniors.
Future Opportunities: With the current and additional homes, there are ample opportunities for Registered Managers and beyond.

Compensation:

On-Shift Time: 40 hours/week or 173 hours/month. Overtime paid.
Sleeps: Yes paid at £50
Take Home (basic plus min sleep): £31,305.60- £34,259.20
Additional Pay: £250 on completing in-house Therapeutic Training.

Requirements:

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or at least 60% course completion.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
Age: At least 22 years old to comply with children’s homes regulations.
License: Valid driving license.
