Join us at Pico and become an integral part of our team! We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the vital responsibility of testing, troubleshooting, and repairing our state-of-the-art products and associated test equipment.

What we're looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a keen ability to interpret and analyze schematics, layouts, BOMs, and other essential diagnostic documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in component level diagnostics and repair of analogue and digital circuitry on complex multilayer PCBs.
In addition to the above, we require someone with adept soldering skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational protocols within Contract Electronic Manufacturers. Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers, suppliers, and design teams.
Candidates should possess a familiarity with test strategies and adhere to best practices, particularly in 'Design For Test' methodologies. Additional qualifications such as training or hands-on experience in analog and digital circuits, as well as design and test methodologies, are highly valued.
