We are looking for a Senior Shoot Producer to join our growing content team. This role will partner with the Head of Creative to elevate our content across the whole brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the content team and Head of Creative to deliver on brand, best in class photography and videography content that aligns with the brand's vision.
- Leading and concepting ideas within allocated budget, developing shoot decks, shot lists and schedules. Managing and developing budgets including negotiating competitive prices with an understanding of industry rates.
- Art buying, sourcing crew and suggesting best talent suitable for briefs. Manage both creative and ecommerce shoots from ideation through to delivery. Ability to work on both production and creative for all shoots (social, ecommerce, creative etc) whilst simultaneously visualising shoot creative direction, styling looks, collating samples, brieng key content outputs and timeline for the project delivery.
- Comfortable with on-set creative direction. Efficient delivery of all allocated projects against a critical path and budgeted cost per style.
- Effectively communicate the creative vision and requirements to team members, ensuring everyone is aligned on the project's goals.
- Collaborating with the Social Media Marketing team on deliverables and references for any social-led campaigns (both ecommerce and campaigns). Working with buying and design for sample management across e-commerce and campaigns.
- Owning sample availability and working alongside the Shoot Producer to make sure samples are managed and scheduled on time for ecommerce launch dates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the shoot, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
- Reconciling budgets and processing invoices.
- Co-ordinating timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- QC-ing all assets across motion and stills. Collaborating on creation and maintenance of organisation tools and documents created for shoot management.
- Comfortable managing full production process for both ecommerce and creative shoots, being comfortable on set for both to manage a high quality level of imagery and shoot ways of working.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4+ Years experience in content production & on set shoot experience across photoshoots, ecommerce and social shoots preferably within the fashion industry.
- Video shoot experience within campaigns and social necessary.
- Highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Good excel and presentation skills.
- Strong creative vision and understanding of fashion trends and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with multiple business areas.
- A pro-active nature, with an impeccable eye for detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure.
- Effective communication and presentation skill set
