Job description

A successful business based in Central London is looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join the team.

This role would suit a Finance or Accounting graduate with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a finance role who is looking to grow and progress their career. Please note that this will be an office-based position.

As the Senior Finance Assistant working with a small and friendly team, you will be overseeing the day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable and receivable systems.

Your key responsibilities as the Senior Finance Assistant will also include:

  1. Administering payroll
  2. Assisting with streamlining accounting processes
  3. Producing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  4. Managing cash flow
  5. Conducting financial forecasting

The ideal candidate will be a finance or accounting graduate with 2+ years’ experience in a finance role. An accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA etc.) is advantageous but not essential. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills and will be proactive and eager to grow and develop.

The salary on offer is up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience.
