Join to apply for the Junior Scheduler (12 month FTC) role at Votre Sommelier.

ASOS Studios is a team of creative and operational professionals working together to ensure the entire end-to-end process is run seamlessly. It's incredibly diverse, built up of several departments ranging from Studio, Shoot Operations, Retouching, Copy Writing, and Production itself. As a Junior Shoot Operations Scheduler, you will be working as part of the Shoot Operations team to manage the workflow of product into and out of the ASOS Studios by scheduling and prepping product for shoots. You will be responsible for handling thousands of products daily to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency, so you will need the highest level of attention to detail and a passion for success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing the highest level of service within ASOS to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure the successful scheduling of product based on product intake and volume, as well as shoot capacity levels.
  • Learn, understand, and uphold a variety of different daily/weekly processes to ensure smooth and timely workflows.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of in-house content management and product ordering systems.
  • Ensure all shoots are prepped to the highest standard and have the optimum quantity of product.

We'd love to meet someone with:

  • Previous relevant experience to the role desired or demonstrable transferable experience.
  • A natural passion and aptitude for organising, production workflows, and product traffic.
  • A dedication to consistently excellent personal and team performance.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and creating charts for reporting.
