Base pay range

London/hybrid £90-110,000 base salary plus benefits

This leading and well-established fintech offers a lending marketplace and data products which together lead the way in the digital transformation of credit risk assessment for businesses.

As part of their growth plans, they now need to hire a hands-on Head of Product to collaborate closely with the leadership, commercial, delivery, technology and data teams to shape and deliver the SaaS Platform strategy in response to commercial requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Have 7+ years' experience, including at least 3 years in building data-led product solutions
2. Have been involved in the development of enterprise SaaS solutions
3. Ideally, have worked in a successful FinTech (post Series A/B) and have experience of lending products
4. Have a strong background in technology / engineering / data analytics
5. Be intellectually curious and enjoy establishing the bigger picture by understanding how the firm is building and delivering data solutions in a sector that has complex regulatory, data and security requirements
6. Understand that data solutions need to solve real-world problems and collaborate closely with clients to deliver transformation
7. Have an appreciation of back-end data technology, and the rigour and processes required for effective and secure delivery of a data platform in a regulated environment
8. Enjoy building and developing a product team and have experience of line management
