We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good. We’re focusing on the future, investing in our technologies, workplaces, and colleagues to make our Group a great place for everyone. Including you!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of risk specialists responsible for first line financial crime risk management across our Consumer Relationships and Consumer Lending businesses. You will work closely with partners across the Group and external industry bodies to help support and influence the development of policy and best practice.
You will work with other senior managers covering our risk specialisms including Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, and Tax Evasion by conducting risk assessments and leading the design of effective controls.
We work as a high performing team, and you will help colleagues to become rounded risk professionals with depth of technical expertise and great skills to excel in their careers.
And if you have any experience of this it would be really useful:
We’re on an exciting journey and there couldn’t be a better time to join us. The investments we’re making in our people, data, and technology are leading to innovative projects, fresh possibilities, and countless new ways for our people to work, learn, and thrive.
Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
We want everyone to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.
We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative.
And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.
We’re disability confident. So, if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.
If you’re excited by the thought of becoming part of our team, get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.
