Do you enjoy working with website development and want to improve your skills? Do you have a thirst for problem solving, are you proud to be a geek and relish a challenge? Have you got experience in or recently finished a relevant course and looking for the next step?

We are a small, family-run business with a passion for making the best websites and software for a variety of clients, looking for a junior developer who must have a keen interest in all things design and development. Someone with a sense of humour, a willingness to learn and to develop with us, help us to build cool applications, awesome websites, and brilliant business tools for our clients.

Most of all, a passion to learn and absorb the latest web technologies is essential, to provide the very best and up-to-date solutions for various different clients within a timely manner whilst keeping client data and information secure.

You do not need to have extensive experience but provable talent in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as an interest/talent in C# .NET, PHP, database design, and Microsoft Server management would be advantageous.

As well as building the cool stuff, other duties/tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Troubleshooting customer website issues, problem solving and working with the team to resolve complex support issues in a timely manner
• Answering telephone calls and emails
• Liaising with clients directly in a professional manner
• Adding content to sites with accuracy and with a mind to help our clients' websites shine.
• Scanning through sites for UX, end-user journeys and other issues
• Attending client meetings and working with supplied project briefs
• Using own initiative to problem solve, highlight improvements and streamline processes
• Assist and work closely with our team to expand your skills in web development and digital problem-solving to solve practical development challenges
