IT End User Computing Engineer
Location: Hillington, Glasgow (Must be able to travel to offices for training)
Salary: Up to £39,000.00 per annum

We have an opportunity for an IT End User Computing Engineer to join their team of staff in the IT department based in our offices in Hillington, Glasgow.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a shift rotation: 8-4, 9-5, 10-6.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Good (3+ years) experience in End User Computing role or Desktop Support role within a medium/large organisation (~£500M+ annual revenue, 6,000+ end-users, 40+ different locations)
- Good (3+ years) experience in EUC technologies such as group policy management, Windows 7/10, Physical hardware, Active Directory, Office 365, Programming/Scripting, Mobile Device Management, Desktop/Application virtualisation, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN & Windows networking (DHCP & DNC)
- Some (1+ years) experience in image design and deployment technologies
- Some (1+ years) experience in vendor patching and patching technologies (Microsoft, 3rd party)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated abilities to set personal objectives that support the business/team’s goals and personal motivation to deliver results
Duties of this role include:
- Undertake typical break fix and support activities on all EUC related infrastructure, both on-site and remotely, as required including general maintenance and system upgrades
- Resolve EUC issues and escalations within defined timescales
- Ensure that all work is properly logged and prioritised
- Resolution of EUC-related incidents and problems
- Out of hours support where necessary
- Deliver the highest levels of support to Circle Health Group’s central infrastructure and other business critical systems
- Configuration, support and development of secure EUC platform
- Support the delivery of major EUC projects and change programmes
- Follow and develop processes within your team
- Travelling to sites when required
