The Role
As an HR Transformation Director, you will take ownership of a high-impact transformation programme, driving strategic and operational improvements across the HR function. Your key responsibilities will include:
Setting the vision and strategy for HR transformation in alignment with business objectives
Leading a team to implement HR technology, process optimisation, and structural change
Engaging with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to drive change and secure buy-in
Assessing and redesigning HR operating models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Overseeing HR technology implementation to automate and streamline processes
Championing change management and ensuring a smooth transition for employees
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an HR Transformation Director or senior HR leader in a large, complex organisation
A track record of successfully delivering large-scale HR transformation projects
Strong expertise in HR operating model redesign, digital HR, and process automation
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at board level
Experience in change management, workforce planning, and HR analytics
