You're obsessed with the policies, practices, and procedures; it's the only way to make a truly great HSE Manager.
I'm partnered with a Tier 2 construction contractor who is looking for someone to join them and, working alongside their external consultants, help grow and perfect their HSE on their sites.
You'd be looking at a salary up to £65k, plus package, but more importantly, you'd have the chance to grow and mold that side of their business in the way that you see best, with a serious chance to move up the ladder as you do it.
You'll also be working with a business that is run properly – they're growing but they're secure, something which can be hard to come by these days, let's be honest.
They cover new build apartments, houses, refurbishments, PD schemes, and fit-outs, so some experience there would be great but certainly not essential.
