Experienced Cover Supervisor – Primary Schools (Slough)

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding role in primary education? We are seeking a confident and reliable professional to support primary schools across Slough, delivering high-quality classroom supervision in the absence of teaching staff.

The Role:

• Supervising classes across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Providing support to students and assisting with their learning when required.
• Working flexibly across different schools as part of a dedicated cover team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom support role.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A good understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Adaptability and confidence to work across different schools and year groups.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
