Restructuring Lawyer

Our client, a prestigious US law firm, is looking for a Restructuring Associate with 4-6 years’ PQE for its London office.

The role entails advising on a comprehensive range of large, intricate, cross-border restructurings and special situations financings. The team represents a high-profile and diverse clientele, including par and secondary investors, banks, creditor and noteholder committees, as well as distressed corporates and sponsor portfolio companies.

About You:

• 4-6 years’ PQE solicitor qualified in England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Exceptional restructuring and special situations experience obtained at a leading firm in London.
• Strong academic background, and training from a reputable law firm in London.
• A dedication to delivering high-quality legal services and a passion for client success.
• The ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
