This is a 9 month fixed term contract and then monthly rolling.

About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower (maternity cover). The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  1. Facilitate effective communication within Human Resources and with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Perform all necessary administrative tasks to maintain the smooth daily operation of the department.
  3. Maintain and update the management calendars daily, scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
  4. Act as a Personal Assistant to the Director & Associate Director, assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.
  5. Deal with and prepare supplier contracts for department related services or events, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  6. Handle confidential information related to the department and serve as the point of contact for internal quality reviews.
  7. Manage the department's time and attendance system, including monitoring lieu days and ensuring accurate records.
  8. Communicate with the Finance department regarding cheque payments and raise purchase requests for the department needs.
  9. Liaise with Logistics, Finance, F&B, and other departments as needed, ensuring proper documentation and support.
  10. Prepare and implement induction plans for newly arrived management colleagues in the department.
