The Position
We are currently seeking forward-thinking individuals who ideally hold their NVQ Level 3 certificate in spectator safety to become part of our matchday team as Supervisors. The position is open to the right people that want to make a difference and are willing to commit to 80% of matchday fixtures.
You will be supervising a team of customer safety stewards and/or SIA’s. Your top priority will be the organisation and supervision of your team and the smooth running of the operation in the area which you are assigned. Excellent supervisory skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team are essential for success in this position. You must be able to show leadership qualities and integrity.
