Role Description

Only apply if you have a building surveying degree. This is a full-time on-site role for a Client-Side Construction Project Manager with a Building Surveying background. The role is located at Harrods in Knightsbridge.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and Project Management skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying
• Enrolled at RICS to become MRICS in Construction Project Management.
• Experience in the luxury retail industry is a plus
• Between 3 to 5 years experience as a principal construction project manager.
