Care Assistant - Nursing Home (New Eltham)
£11.50 per hour | 37.5 hours per week | Days or Nights Available

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a caring environment? We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at our well-established nursing home in New Eltham, specializing in elderly and dementia care.

Role Details:

• Shifts: 8AM - 8PM (Days) or 8PM - 8AM (Nights)
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
• Location: New Eltham

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
• Assisting with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility
• Supporting residents with dementia in a person-centered approach
• Promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and companionship
• Working closely with the nursing team to ensure the best care

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a care role (preferred but not essential)
• A caring and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to undergo training and development
