CHEF DE PARTIE - High end Asian Concept in Edinburgh, UK

Salary: £33,000 - £34,900 | Sponsorship on a Skilled Worker Visa Available

Maybe you have previous experience working with Asian cuisine, or you are keen to learn? Either way, our client will provide intensive training to help get you up to speed with all the dishes and food on the menu, ensuring you have all the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Showcase your skills and versatility in preparing exceptional dishes.
2. Support the team in all sections.
3. Demonstrate knife skills and exquisite attention to detail.
4. Supervise junior chefs.
5. Run your section ensuring all H&S, prep and stock levels are correct.

Qualifications and Background:

1. Some experience in an Asian Cuisine kitchen is preferred - full training given.
2. Passion and commitment to deliver the best product.
3. Experience in busy high-volume premium restaurants.
4. A la carte restaurant experience is a must where you will have been doing in excess of 250 covers per service.
5. Ensuring all dishes are cooked to the highest level and not waiver on quality in any way.
6. Financial assistance with flights and initial accommodation possible.
