The Role
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Administrator to work across School Meals and Building Cleaning, under the direction of the Services for Schools Manager. You will be responsible for finance, personnel, and a wide range of office-based administrative functions and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of the service on a daily basis.

The role requires someone who can work on their own initiative and has good organisation and administrative skills. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal are necessary. You should be confident with using a range of IT programmes, have experience of working with large data sets, and possess an eye for detail. You will need to be a team player who is able to multi-task effectively, motivate and support others, demonstrating a commitment to achieving the best for the service. Good numerical skills and knowledge of finance is desirable.
