After a successful number of years, we are looking to employ an experienced Sales Recruitment Consultant to expand into the Sales sector, both in permanent and contract roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working experienced recruiter to take their career to the next level. This is a role that could very well lead to a team leader position within the next year.

This is an account manager and new business role, and the successful candidate will be required to bring in new business as well as provide suitable candidates to existing clients within the Payment sector.

Main responsibilities

• To develop the Sales desk bringing in new clients.
• To source suitable candidates for existing clients within the Sales sector and build up long-term relationships.
• To train junior members of staff once the desk has enough business to employ more staff.

Person specification

• Minimum of 2 years in Sales recruitment.
• Proven track record of bringing in new business and resourcing candidates.
