Jr. Designer - Lingerie

Now Hiring! Jr. Designers we have great opportunities. Our client is building a new online lingerie brand that blends technical design precision with bold, sexy innovation. You'll collaborate with experts from top brands to create stunning and high-quality lingerie and loungewear. As part of their design team, you’ll have the chance to own your designs from concept to production. Will relocate this role is in Los Angeles!

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Own the design development process from sketch to final production.
2. Collaborate with the senior team to evolve your designs based on feedback.
3. Create accurate technical flats and CAD designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
4. Work with the technical team on fit adjustments and relay feedback to factories.
5. Conduct market research to ensure designs resonate with our target audience.
6. Partner with suppliers to source and develop seasonal fabrics, trims, and accessories.
7. Work with international manufacturing partners to meet design deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong creative design skills, from hand sketches to CAD.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
3. 3-5 years of experience in fashion (lingerie or swim preferred).
4. Knowledge of technical construction, patternmaking, and raw materials.
5. BA/BFA in Fashion Design or Contour Fashion.
