Job description

SLS Recruitment are currently working with a growing training provider who have an opportunity for an IT Trainer to deliver IT across their skills bootcamp provision. This is a fully remote role and is offering a salary of up to £45,000.

As an IT Trainer you will have experience of delivering IT including CompTIA, Windows 10/11 and Windows 365. You will have a relevant degree in IT and at least a level 3 teaching qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and encourage learning and development in your learners.
  • Create an engaging/interactive learning environment which caters to various learning styles.
  • Effectively adapt training delivery in an online learning environment, utilising a range of digital tools to enhance learner engagement.
  • Understand the development and implementation of lesson plans and schemes of work, ensuring alignment with the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours.
  • Regularly update training materials and resources to reflect current industry standards, trends, and employer requirements.
