Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Provide proactive advice, guidance, and leadership on H&S matters.
- Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Host SHEQ Forum meetings and collaborate with clients.
- Review and enhance current H&S policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Gen/Con Certificate or NVQ L3 OHAS (NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ L5/6 preferred).
- Experience: Practical experience in health and safety, particularly in construction or utilities sectors.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, excellent communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
