Accounts and Business Advisory Services Manager- Outsourced Finance

As a Manager within our Accounts and Business Advisory Services team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing clients’ outsourced finance functions, together with acting as a 'flexible Finance Director'. You will provide strategic financial leadership and advisory services to clients. This role also includes responsibilities for delivering company valuations, small cash flow projections, and other related financial services to support clients' growth and financial objectives.

Day to day duties

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and tailoring financial solutions accordingly.
2. Provide strategic financial advice to clients and assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
3. Conduct company valuations and financial analysis to support mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
4. Review financial systems and be able to offer advice relating to suggested improvements.
5. Supervise and mentor staff involved in outsource finance and advisory services, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

What are we looking for?

1. ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified (qualified by experience will be considered).
2. Experience in managing outsourced finance functions or acting as an FD. This may be gained across both Practice and Industry.
3. Strong experience in company valuations, financial modelling and client management.
