Job Description:

1. Fluency in English and local language, if different, required.
2. Higher education degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
3. Preferred 2 years clinical trial experience.
4. Preferred monitoring experience.
5. Able to work independently once trained.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong organizational skills.
8. Basic computer proficiency.
9. Understanding of clinical research processes and regulations.
10. Certifications such as Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) or Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Certification preferred but not required.
