Job Description

UK Customer Success Executive (Garage Services), Reading:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of the company's products and services.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics and performance.

The Successful Applicant

UK Customer Success Executive (Garage Services), Reading:

  • Proven experience as a Service Adviser at a car dealership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK as required to meet with clients.
