Digital Content Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our busy team in our Chelsea Design Studio (SW10).

As our Digital Content Coordinator, you'll take the lead in shaping our brand's digital presence, managing dynamic social media strategies, overseeing captivating email marketing campaigns, and driving website developments forward. Your creativity will shine through as you develop engaging content and optimise our digital platforms, ensuring we connect with our audience in meaningful ways.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Social Media: Manage agencies, develop engaging content, and optimise paid campaigns.
2. Email Marketing: Oversee strategies, create compelling campaigns, and enhance CRM engagement.
3. Website Development: Lead content updates, UX enhancements, and SEO improvements.

Hours of Work: Full Time (Temporary, Fixed-Term Contract until March 2026)

Minimum Requirements:

1. Demonstrable experience of 2-3 years in a digital marketing role, with a focus on social media and email marketing (luxury brand experience preferred).
2. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with agencies to manage budgets, creative outputs, and marketing schedules.
3. Proficiency in digital technologies, including HubSpot, Mailchimp, Umbraco, and Shopify.
4. Familiarity with design tools like Canva for creating social media assets and videos.
5. Expertise in email marketing strategies, including management of mailing lists and scheduling via ESP Mailchimp.
