Senior MEMS Process Engineer

Our innovative new client is currently searching for a Senior MEMS Process Engineer to join the team. As a fabless company, they are looking for an engineer to advise with hands-on process experience, to provide fabrication solutions to external foundry partners. The use of metrology equipment will be required as well as being part of the key discussions with R&D facilities, foundries, and packaging houses. Collaborating with the PIC and MEMS design team will be an important part of the role.

Required skills for the Senior MEMS Process Engineer will include:

• Experience across several process modules (e.g. DRIE, VHF, Fusion bonding or other bonding techniques, wafer capping, metal deposition etc)
• Strong know-how in microfabrication processes and analysis of these processes
• MEMS and/or PiC experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Undergraduate / Masters / PhD in Physics or Engineering
