The Marketing Operations Manager is a key contributor on the team and supports email marketing programs to build Amazon Business brand awareness and adoption. This individual will:

  1. Support the day-to-day execution and bar raising of global email campaigns.
  2. Act as a liaison between marketing teams and brand to identify, scope, and gather campaign requirements.
  3. Support global strategies to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of email communications.
  4. Collaborate across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize projects.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Support organizational adherence to WW channel best practices, along with proper platform management and upkeep.
  2. Collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders, ensure deadlines are met, clearly define responsibilities, and track as well as summarize progress.
  3. Compile and analyze operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign impact and streamlining processes.
  4. Facilitate effective campaign reviews alignment discussions with team leaders, business partners, and stakeholders while providing clear updates on project progress.
  5. Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes).
  6. Track email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in marketing and web metrics, including deep data analysis and diverse revenue models expertise
- Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
- Experience using data visualization tools
