Lead M365 Power Platform Developer

Location: Based at client locations or working remotely

As a Lead M365 Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of model driver and canvas Apps, Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft platform services offering and will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust, efficient, and scalable Power Platform solutions.

This role requires excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills as well as the ability to define a technical solution around a problem domain. Styling of canvas apps and power pages aligned to the (url removed) Design System is a requirement of the business applications we develop.

As a consultant at Triad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape, defining, designing, and delivering digital solutions across public, private, and third sectors. Core Requirements:

  1. Produce high-level technical design documentation and be able to present this to technical design authorities for approval.
  2. Establish technical ways of working including application lifecycle management, source code control of Power App artefacts, release processes and versioning/packaging processes.
  3. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure build and deployment processes are repeatable and predictable.
  4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to other technical team members.
  5. Create custom Power Apps that are styled to align with the (url removed) Design System.
  6. Create and customise entities, fields, forms, and views in Dataverse.
  7. Design and implement integrations between Power Platform and other enterprise systems and Microsoft platform services (e.g., Azure native services).
  8. Work with APIs and connectors to ensure seamless data flow between Power Platform and external systems.
  9. Experience working closely with UX designers within Agile teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Hold current SC-level security clearance.
  2. Relevant intermediate or advanced level AZ/MB/MS/PL certifications.
  3. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Our Selection Process:

After applying, our in-house talent team will introduce Triad, discuss the role, and gather basic information. If shortlisted, you'll have an interview with a senior member of Triad staff to explore mutual cultural fit and give you an opportunity to ask questions. Following that, you will be invited to attend a final stage 'technical' based interview with a member of the Triad team.
