Job Description

• Analyzes internal defective parts and updates the failure catalogue based on findings;
• Propose/request modification of the failure catalog;
• Prepares documentation for internal and external complaints and 8D, problem solving sheet PSS, Concessions; Coordinates, follows-up and checks the line release documents;
• Collects and monitors the corrective actions following the analysis of failed or scrap parts (Q Alert, 8D, PSS, PDCA);
• Fills in the standardized documents for quality topics within the production department with the required information (14 Q Principles, QAM, 4M, 5S, Stop Board);
• Completes reports of daily / weekly / monthly quality reports;
• Responsible for managing the quarantine area, block, store, scrap and release parts according to corresponding documents;
• Coordinates system audits (product and process) in the department;
• Is responsible for maintaining and improving the content of the standards of visual inspection performed manually;
• Draws up documents for internal and external complaints;
• Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position, with a temporary character, set by the hierarchical superior.
