Technical Coordinator

Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, is looking to add an experienced Technical Coordinator to what is already a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in managing the preparation of information required for clearance of all planning conditions.
2. Ensure thorough coordination between all consultants to prevent any adopting, conflicting, or maintenance issues during the construction of the development.
3. Secure Building Regulations/Statutory approvals.
4. Prepare Working Drawings and collate all supporting information.
5. Provide technical support for Production sites.
