Location: Samsung Experience Store, Trafford Centre

Hours: 30 (5 days a week)

Pay: Standard £11.44

Enhanced Opportunity: £12.00
+ 20% Bonus potential

Role Summary:

As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering the goals of PRS & Samsung by embodying the brand’s ethos and providing inspirational customer service. Your main focus will be on enriching customers’ connected lives through unrivalled interactions, introducing them to Samsung’s products and services.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Training: Assist customers in understanding and utilising the full potential of Samsung products to enhance their experience.
  2. Customer Service: Be the friendly face of Samsung, delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  3. Customer Sales: Showcase Samsung products and services to customers, helping them find the perfect fit for their needs.
  4. L1 Device Repairs: Provide basic device repair services, resolving common issues promptly.
  5. Store Standards: Maintain a welcoming and organised store environment that reflects the brand.
  6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
  7. Keeping Own Training Up to Date: Stay updated on the latest Samsung products and technologies to offer the best assistance to customers.
