Exciting Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity in Bridgend, South Wales – Salary up to £70,000
Are you an experienced vet looking to join a forward-thinking, flexible practice? This exceptional team at Bridgend is offering a unique opportunity with a competitive salary of up to £70,000, depending on experience.
Located just 2 miles from the M4, our practice provides an easy commute and is only a 20-minute drive from the beautiful South Wales coast, with Cardiff also nearby. They have recently revamped our spacious facility, which includes:

  1. 4 consult rooms
  2. 2 theatres, prep theatre
  3. Kennel and cattery
  4. Full in-house lab, isolation area, washroom, and separate office
  5. Access to a visiting CT scanner
  6. State-of-the-art equipment including Doppler ultrasound, ECG, endoscope, digital and dental X-ray
They pride themselves on offering as much diagnostic work as possible in-house, ensuring comprehensive care for patients.
Supportive Team: You'll join a dedicated and passionate team, including 2 experienced vets, 4 nurses (2 qualified and 2 students), 10 VCAs, a separate reception team, and an experienced practice manager. This practice goes beyond the clinic with charity events and activities, creating a strong sense of community both in and out of work. You will be working alongside an ECC certificate holder and another vet studying dermatology, so there’s plenty of room for learning and growth.

What We Offer:
  1. Competitive salary up to £70,000 (DOE)
  2. 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 33 days after 2 years
