Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Truro

Job Type: Full-time - 1.45pm - 7.45pm

Candidate MUST have a DBS certificate

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  2. Train new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
  3. Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to established standards and schedules.
  4. Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
  5. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  6. Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment.
  7. Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding cleaning services.
  8. Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Collaborate with management to develop and update cleaning protocols and procedures.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
