This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with a positive and encouraging school, focused on child engagement with a specific approach to children looking to get back into a mainstream setting. The school's specialist care, Behaviour services, and curated curriculum help to provide support for the students working on their personal behaviour management with the extensive support of the teaching staff. The school encourages students aged 11 - 16 to develop both socially and emotionally in addition to academically. The ideal Art QTS Teacher will undertake the school's vision to cultivate a learning environment that embodies their values of collaboration, trust, and ambition. You will show a strong commitment and a proactive attitude towards the students' educational development and progression as they undergo their broad and balanced education.

The Local Authority Alternative Provision school is searching for the right Art QTS Teacher to join their team of strong and passionate educators, focused on helping the students with their supported learning through personalised teaching and differentiated lessons based on the National Curriculum. The Art QTS Teacher must have a strong knowledge or experience of working with children with challenging behaviour looking to improve and return to mainstream settings.

The successful Art QTS Teacher will have:

• QTS
• Art Specialism or strong experience helping students up to GCSE level
• Experience working with challenging behaviour
• MUST have experience and knowledge of the BTEC TEC Award Level 1 and 2
