Principal Recruitment Consultant at CareerWise

Account Manager required for B2B client in Munster.

This position can be fully remote or hybrid in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, depending on the applicant.

The successful candidate will be managing & building on key strategic relationships with our Multinational Clients. You will be dealing with C-Suite professionals.

This is a role for an experienced performer who is passionate about the opportunity to become a leader in a fast-growing technology start-up.

Responsibilities:
  • Pro-actively expand develop, maintain, and expand existing portfolio base.
  • Identify, pursue and on-board accounts not currently working with client.
  • Achieve revenue milestones and targets.
  • Provide specific customer feedback to the Product Team regarding enhancement and functionality requests.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met by closely monitoring/liaising with project managers and relevant supplier channels.
  • Feed into Company culture, (can do attitude and results orientated).
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of B2B customer-facing experience, managing and growing enterprise accounts in Ireland.
  • A deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Demonstrable past performance of achieving revenue milestones.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a positive and energetic manner.
  • A real passion for achieving client-centric projects.
  • Growth mindset with a high level of personal accountability and a real ambition to achieve.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suites and CRM systems.
