Training Lead - Focusing on Learning and Development for Care Homes

Deliver impactful training sessions across Care Homes in Colchester, Essex, and surrounding regions!

Location: Home-based, covering West London to Sussex area

Salary: Up to £40,000 (Including £35,000 base salary and £5,000 car allowance)

Benefits: Comprehensive package including contributory pension, healthcare scheme, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

What You'll Do
  1. Deliver engaging training programs in multi-site care homes across West London, Guildford, and Sussex
  2. Utilise your expertise in designing, developing, and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
  3. Mentor and coach professionals, helping them grow in their roles
  4. Travel to various sites with all necessary training materials, laptop, and phone provided
What We're Looking For
  1. Proven experience in training delivery within care/nursing homes or health and social care settings
  2. Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
  3. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  4. Full driving license and ability to travel extensively across the region
  5. Ability to manage complex schedules and adapt to fast-paced environments
  6. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the health and social care sector is a plus
  7. Proficiency in LMS and e-learning platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
  8. Relevant Learning & Development/training qualification (PTTLS or willingness to work towards it)
  9. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
