Key things you will be doing:

• Dive into the world of credit risk metrics with the creation and maintenance of Management Information that will be the heartbeat of our financial strategies.
• Unleash your analytical prowess through ad hoc analysis, identifying emerging trends, and revealing potential areas for improvement that will keep us steps ahead of the game.
• Collaborate with other brilliant minds in the Credit Risk team to develop, test, and monitor Credit Risk strategies for Customer Acquisition, Customer Management, and Collections. Your insights will drive our success!

Things we would like you to bring to the table:

• Master data manipulation and analysis using SQL, SAS, or similar tools to unravel the secrets hidden in our vast datasets.
• Showcase your intermediate Excel skills as you craft intricate spreadsheets that will be the backbone of our financial decision-making process.
• Demonstrate your strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every analysis and report.
• Communicate your findings effectively through both written and verbal means, ensuring that your insights are clearly understood by all stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver objectives independently, showcasing your prowess in managing priorities.

Things you could also offer up:

• Leverage your experience in developing Management Information and undertaking data analysis based on large datasets to elevate our decision-making process.
• Elevate your skills to the advanced level, transforming data into actionable insights seamlessly.
• Showcase your understanding of Credit Risk decisioning throughout the customer lifecycle, contributing to the strategic vision of Boohoo Group.
• Familiarity with Decisioning Platforms (e.g., Provenir, Powercurve) will be a bonus, as you play a key role in shaping our technological landscape.

Our Recruitment Process

• Meet with our Head of Credit Risk to go through your experience and what you could bring to the business over a 45-minute Teams call.
• If we are right for you and you are right for us then you will be invited into the office to sit down with our Head of Credit Risk to delve into your experience & skillset further and how you would approach some of the situations you would likely face day to day in the role. You will then spend some time with our Chief Risk Officer.
• If we like what we see, we will bring you onboard.
