Base pay range

Location - Aylesbury

Package - £80k OTE, up to £60k Base Salary plus Car Allowance £6000 & Benefits. MON-FRI ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

4. Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising on quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role, with a track record of success.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. A thorough understanding of Bodyshop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
5. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
6. A relevant qualification in automotive body repair or equivalent is highly desirable.
