Are you an organised, proactive, and highly motivated individual with a passion for supporting senior leadership? We are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative and executive support to our clients' Directorship Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Managing the Directors' schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely preparation for all engagements. Booking meeting rooms, taking minutes.
Communication: Handling correspondence, screening calls, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Travel Management: Organising travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and proofreading reports, presentations, and other key documents.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
About You:
Proven experience as an Executive PA or similar role supporting senior-level executives.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the executive team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
