Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Investment Advisors to join Orion Ridge Capital as independent consultants. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial professionals with a strong client network and a deep understanding of investment strategies who are looking to grow their career in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
As an Investment Advisor, you will work closely with HNW and UHNW clients, providing tailored investment strategies, asset allocation guidance, and market insights. This is a flexible, commission-based role offering the opportunity to build your client base while benefiting from the resources and expertise of a reputable financial firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new HNW and UHNW clients (from any part of the world) seeking bespoke investment solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and personalized investment advice.
- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies aligned with client goals and risk profiles.
- Stay informed on market trends, investment products, and opportunities to provide up-to-date recommendations.
- Collaborate with Orion Ridge Capital's leadership team to align client strategies with the firm's objectives.
- Comply with regulatory standards and adhere to Orion Ridge Capital's ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
- Existing network of HNW and UHNW clients is a must.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, market trends, and portfolio management strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Relevant certifications CISI Level 4 or equivalent.
