• Support our General Manager in running the restaurant, leading and coaching our passionate team.
• Deliver on our goal of serving the best tasting and most beautiful pancakes in London.
• Be involved in all aspects of running the business; strong IT & financial skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage your team.
• Ensure the highest standard of food service to company standards.
• Ensure the smooth opening of the restaurant.
• Comply with all processes involved in the daily management of your kitchen.
• Work with the GM to respond to customer complaints.
• Participate in management meetings to progress the business.
