As an Employee Experience Designer (Senior Consultant) in our Employee Experience & HR Team, you’ll play a key role in driving forward the business, modelling our values and behaviours, and coaching and developing junior members of the team. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As an Employee Experience (EX) Designer you will be at the forefront of shaping positive, engaging, and meaningful work environments for employees across multiple industries and organisations. Engaging with a range of clients, you will utilise your skills in user research, user-centred design, and people experience transformation to design holistic experiences that span the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experience strategies, programmes, and initiatives that drive engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. This role goes beyond traditional HR practices, utilising best-in-class methodologies and leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Gen AI to design targeted solutions that delight employees and meet their critical needs.
